Location: Al Wasl Street, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of UAE financial regulations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting Maintain and reconcile general ledger, journals, and financial statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Budgeting & Analysis Support in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget deviations Offer insights and suggestions to optimize costs and improve efficiency Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate posting of transactions Tax & Compliance Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing returns and maintaining accurate tax records Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparation Maintain financial records in accordance with local regulatory and internal policy standards Systems & Software Utilize accounting software to manage records and generate reports Ensure data integrity across finance systems Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities where possible Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred) 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and reporting standards Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ongoing / Ad-Hoc Integrity Monitoring: • Conduct periodic reviews and risk-triggered screenings of existing stakeholders to detect emerging risks or red flags. • Monitor adverse media and external alerts on a continuous basis. • Work cross-functionally with compliance, audit, and investigations teams on follow-up actions or escalations. ⸻ Requirements: Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrity due diligence, compliance, investigations, or related fields within government, financial institutions, or multinational corporations. • Experience using due diligence databases (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance).
