This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain practical experience in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and financial record-keeping, under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Accountant based at the main branch. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions including patient payments, supplier invoices, and petty cash expenses. - Assist with preparing monthly reports and account reconciliations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. - Support VAT filing preparation and basic compliance tasks. - Help manage accounts receivable and payable at the branch level. - Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary data. - Prepare and submit simple financial summaries to the Senior Accountant. - Liaise with the main office for accounting updates and internal reporting. - Perform administrative tasks related to finance operations at the branch. Qualifications: - 1–2 years of accounting experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience using Tally accounting software is required. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. - Good communication skills and fluency in English. - Awareness of UAE VAT regulations is a plus. - Prior experience in a healthcare or medical center setting is an advantage but not required. Additional Details: This position is based at our second branch, working closely with on-site administrative and medical teams. You will receive ongoing support and supervision from a Senior Accountant at our head office.
