Responsibilities:  Our team will set you up for success by coordinating all of the event details, shipping event materials, and arranging staffing for each event. We need YOU to be our day-of hands on the ground! Be our next onsite Event Coordinator for fun, engaging, team-building, social impact activities, experiences, and events that support a great cause. The Special Assistant in our International Dubai office will provide personal and professional assistance to the Executive Director's Office by effectively managing schedules and performing a wide variety of confidential, administrative, analytical, strategic support and research duties. Responsibilities: Coordinate schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements Plan, organize and co-ordinate functions and events for the Executive. Support the Executive with the preparation of business presentations and board meeting reports. Gather, analyse and provide insights on industry trends using data for the businesses managed by the Executive. Carry out first level vetting and review of correspondence addressed to the office of the Executive. Prepare a variety of high quality, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents for the Executive. Design and implement initiatives that enables better efficiency and improved productivity for the Executive’s office. Drive and manage projects as directed by the Executive. Ensure continuous process improvement Manage the budget of the Office of the Executive and ensure that monthly retirements are prepared. Support with other tasks as may be assigned.
