We are hiring a Front Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, handling front office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk security. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms. Provide administrative support to office staff as needed. Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
