In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming abstract concepts into detailed construction drawings that guide our projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed construction drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce accurate and precise construction documentation. Review project specifications and make adjustments to drawings as needed based on feedback. Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulatory standards. Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for all projects. Participate in project meetings to discuss design changes and construction methods. Support the construction team with on-site visits when necessary for clarification. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Draftsman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit. In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The role involves both inspection and the supervision of roads and infrastructure works of the project. To ensure that the activities are being executed in accordance with the project specification. Job Duties Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates. Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor/Engineer to oversee and manage all formwork-related activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural projects, with hands-on experience in executing formwork works for high-rise buildings.
