Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector for a major Roads and Infrastructure project located in Dubai. The role involves both inspection and the supervision of roads and infrastructure works of the project. To ensure that the activities are being executed in accordance with the project specification. Job Duties Be familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates. Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents. Maintain records of the contractor human and equipment daily resources. Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Liaise and daily follow up with the contractor. This is to ensure the contractor is managing its resources, health and safety, and equipment needs on the site. Prepare daily report to the RE or ARE. This includes works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspections program. Follow up and implement any site instructions made by the RE and ARE. Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site. Prepare any site measurements and surveying checks needed by the RE or ARE for pipes alignments and levels. Co-ordinate and co-operate with client project manager during their site inspections in the presence of the RE or ARE. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain relevant records. Assist the ARE and RE in the preparation of any correspondences in compliance with the contract documents and site requirements. Where site problems are found, work with the RE or ARE to resolve them promptly. Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works. Including maintaining records of the project milestones. Maintain records of materials tests performed and executed works. Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering RTA Approval is preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within similar projects, with minimum 3 years in UAE. UAE experience is preferred Relevant experience in comparable infrastructure & roads projects

Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. They will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support. Job Duties To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm. Ability to integrate with key members of the design team and Client team. Assist in evaluating claims. Preparation of financial updates and monthly cost reports. Job Summary The Civil Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project. In the absence of the Sr. Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will assume his duties. Job Duties Review of Inspectors Daily Reports. Preparation of Engineer’s Daily Diary. General oversight of Inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor’s operations. Review of Contractor’s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Monitoring the performance of the survey party. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s proposed materials and methods as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work. Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s schedule. Continuous Field Inspections of the work in the progress and consultation with both the Resident Engineer’s and Contractor’s supervisory staff. Preparation of written and oral reports to the Resident Engineer on contractual and procedural matters. Review of as-built drawings, in coordination with inspectors and surveyors. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Previous RTA approval is preferrable Experience 10+ years demonstrable experience in supervision of construction of roads and highways. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor/Engineer to oversee and manage all formwork-related activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural projects, with hands-on experience in executing formwork works for high-rise buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Plan and execute civil and structural formwork works in line with approved drawings and project specifications. Obtain necessary approvals from consultants and clients. Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors according to project priorities and timelines. Workforce Management: Allocate daily tasks and general responsibilities to the workforce. Supervise, train, and monitor labor and tradespeople to ensure productivity and quality. Attendance & Scheduling: Prepare and maintain schedules. Monitor attendance and ensure the availability of required manpower. Resource Utilization: Ensure effective use of manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery. Optimize resource allocation to avoid delays and cost overruns. Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are maintained at all times. Promote a safe, secure, and compliant working environment. Waste Control: Monitor material wastage on-site and ensure it remains within acceptable limits. Problem Resolution: Address on-site issues promptly or escalate to the Engineer in charge when required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or India. Proven experience in completing at least two high-rise building projects.
