In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment for our luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the luxury FFE market. Responsibilities Lead the procurement process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment across luxury real estate projects Identify and establish relationships with high-quality suppliers and manufacturers Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for our projects Collaborate with design and project teams to align FFE selections with project aesthetics and requirements Monitor and manage budgets for FFE procurement to ensure cost efficiency Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for FFE items to align with project timelines Conduct market research to stay informed about emerging trends and new products in the luxury FFE sector Manage quality control assessments of FFE items upon delivery Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and expenditures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field Proven experience as an FFE Procurer, Purchasing Manager, or similar role in the luxury real estate or interior design industry (5+ years) Strong knowledge of luxury furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to interpret design specifications and collaborate with architects and designers Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of current trends in interior design and luxury markets.
