We’re looking for a talented and creative Architecture and 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to create compelling, functional, and innovative designs. You must be confident in architectural concept development and 3D visualization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders for presentations • Work closely with clients and the internal team to understand design requirements • Provide creative input from concept to final output • Revise and refine designs based on feedback Requirements: • Strong portfolio showcasing architectural design and 3D visualization work • Proficient in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, Lumion, or Blender • Knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, etc.) • Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction techniques • Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and composition • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field • Experience working in both residential and commercial projects • Knowledge of sustainable design is a plus
