Design Intern

As the Design Intern, you will support the Propery Monitor team in producing visually compelling designs across a variety of digital channels, with a strong focus on communication and graphic design. Your work will contribute to building cohesive brand visuals, campaign materials, and digital assets, particularly for marketing and social media initiatives. This is a hands-on creative design role suited for a recent graduate looking to develop a strong portfolio of real-world work. In this role, you will : Design and develop a wide range of marketing and brand assets, including digital banners, email graphics, social media creatives, and presentation decks Create high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all content formats Support social media design by producing quality assets for posts, stories, reels and carousels Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators on campaign development and visual storytelling Participate in creative brainstorms and team feedback sessions Apply feedback from content owners, marketing leads, and other stakeholders Meet internal and external deadlines Help with tasks such as image sourcing, resizing, and basic photo editing Work on other design-related assignments as needed Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and understanding of layout, typography, and color Experience with design tools such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva / Creatopy Experience creating content for digital campaigns or social media platforms Solid understanding of graphic and communication design principles Familiarity with brand systems and visual consistency Awareness of current design trends in digital media and marketing Knowledge of Figma or UI/UX tools, with an interest in user-centred design is a bonus Strong eye for detail and visual composition Ability to balance creativity with practical execution Strong organization and time management skills Openness to feedback and collaborative working style Clear communication, both visual and verbal Ability to manage own workload and changing demands Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Benefits Ability to contribute to a platform used by more than 5M users in UAE and other platforms in the region.
