As a Graphic/Multimedia Designer, you will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working in a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the Marketing and Performance Marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms. In this role, you will: Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience. Develop visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, and website banners, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimised for their respective channels. Be involved in and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity, and developing innovative initiatives. Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders. Ability to analyse trends and keep up with the times, researching new technologies/techniques and how they can be practically applied to our design. Utilise and have knowledge of AI tools to enhance efficiency/productivity and quality of outcome. Self-management and ownership, this means managing yourself, your time and your priorities. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plans. Receive guidance and oversight from the Creative Director/GDM. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Arts. Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns. Experience in digital and UI/UX design. Experience in print design. At least 3 years of experience in a client-side/agency environment. Strong Visual Ideation/Creativity/Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Multimedia Design Software (Competent level in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) is required. Good knowledge of Print and UI/UX design theory, Colour Theory. Experience in utilising performance marketing platforms (such as Creatopy, Google Ads, Bannerflow) is a plus. Web Design/Basic HTML & CSS Layout/Conversion Optimisation, and knowledge of Lightroom, XD/Figma is a plus Strong collaborative skills. Fluent English. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage own workload and changing demands. A keen eye for detail. A can-do and flexible approach. Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
