Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to industry regulations and standards. Requirements Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution. Completion of a residency program in Ophthalmology. Fellowship training in Retina Surgery. Board certification in Ophthalmology and additional certifications related to retina surgery. A current and unrestricted medical license valid in Saudi Arabia. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retinal surgery. Demonstrated proficiency in advanced retinal surgical techniques. Strong diagnostic skills and a patient-centered approach. Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
