Key Responsibilities: Medication Management and Optimization: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with evidence-based guidelines. Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and proper medication use. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diabetes medications, and patient education strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with patient counseling and disease education. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records (EMR). Certification in diabetes education or management is a plus.
