Key Responsibilities: Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages as per menu and customer preferences. Wash, peel, cut, and handle fruits/vegetables hygienically. Ensure correct portioning, garnishing, and presentation of beverages. Maintain cleanliness of juicing station, equipment, and utensils. Monitor inventory of fruits, vegetables, and supplies; report shortages. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and restaurant quality standards. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly approach. Support the food & beverage team with additional tasks when required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Juicer/Barista or in a similar role (preferred). Knowledge of fruit/vegetable varieties and their nutritional benefits. Strong focus on hygiene and cleanliness. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A General Technician will also be required to ensure work is done to code and provide assistance during emergencies.
