Host / Hostess – Hotel

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Host / Hostess to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth dining or stay experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow in the restaurant or lobby. Provide menus, guide guests to their tables, and ensure they are comfortable. Coordinate with the service staff to ensure efficient and smooth guest service. Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the reception/dining area. Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to the supervisor/manager when necessary. Uphold the highest level of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, confident personality, and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
