We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Guest Manager to join our growing short-term rental business. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they inquire about a property to the time they check out. The Guest Manager will be responsible for managing guest communications, overseeing check-ins and check-outs, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring high service standards across all our rental properties. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Guest Management & Communication • Handle all guest enquiries promptly via phone, email, or messaging platforms. • Provide clear check-in and check-out instructions and ensure guests feel welcomed. • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns in a professional and timely manner. • Check-in / Check-out Coordination • Personally oversee guest arrivals and departures at multiple properties. • Conduct property inspections before check-ins and after check-outs to ensure cleanliness and readiness. • Manage key handovers and ensure all properties meet company standards prior to guest arrival. • Maintenance & Issue Resolution • Respond to any maintenance issues reported by guests during their stay. • Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure timely repairs. • Keep accurate records of property conditions, repairs, and maintenance work. • Operations & Logistics • Travel between properties to manage daily operations and inspections. • Ensure all properties are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies. • Maintain accurate logs of guest feedback, property status, and operational needs. ⸻ Requirements • Valid Driver’s License – Ability to travel to various property locations as required. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. • Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred but not mandatory. ⸻ What We Offer • Company car and mobile phone for work-related use. • Competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses. • Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company in the short-term rental market. • Supportive, dynamic work environment with a focus on service excellence.
