Position: Barista Location: Fika Time Restaurant & Cafe Damac Hills, Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and customer-oriented Barista with a minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a casual dining or café environment. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency behind the counter. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment • Creative, New Ideas for the drink’s menu • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of drinks • Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and café area • Manage stock, replenish supplies, and follow safety standards • Support opening and closing duties as required Requirements: • Previous experience as a Barista in a café/restaurant is a must • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Benefits: • Competitive salary plus tips • Visa/Medical Insurance provided • Duty meals are provided • Training and development opportunities As long as the ad is up, the position is still available.
