Junior Barista

Main Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages using professional coffee machines. Craft a range of hot and cold beverages, including teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks. Maintain brewing equipment functionality and reporting possible issues. Being attentive to customers’ orders and preferences. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards). Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers. Ensure that the cafe operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station. Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation. Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers. Desired Candidate Profile Must have had a minimum of 2 year of previous experience in cafes as a Barista Must have a certified Barista certificate Must be currently present in UAE Must be a proficient communicator in English Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons. Knowledge and competency Adequate coffee knowledge and different coffee mixtures Ability to differentiate coffee aromas, and their taste Extensive hands-on experience with professional coffee machines Outstanding communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to work alone. Personality Strong communicator Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED 2,000.00 to 3,000.00 per month Based on experience and qualification.
