Job Title: Procurement Admin Description: We are looking for an energetic and skilled Procurement Admin to join our team. The role involves securing the best suppliers, negotiating the best deals, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services at the highest quality. Responsibilities: • Search for and communicate with local and international suppliers. • Obtain and compare quotations to select the most suitable option. • Negotiate prices and terms to ensure the best value. • Issue and follow up on purchase orders until delivery. • Manage and update the supplier database. Qualifications: • Previous experience in procurement (preferably 1–3 years). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Proven experience handling new trade licenses, renewals, and visa processes. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
