Spider Access Heavy Equipment Rental LLC is a leading provider of Spider Lifts, Manlifts, and Scissor Lifts in the UAE. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to document, streamline, and improve our internal business processes. ⸻ Responsibilities • Observe and analyze workflows across operations, sales, accounts, and technical departments. • Write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and checklists. • Work with staff to document step-by-step processes. • Standardize and simplify processes to ensure consistency. • Maintain and update process documents as the company grows. • Suggest and implement practical process improvements. • Organize all documents in a structured and easy-to-access system. ⸻ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Previous experience in administration, operations, or process improvement. • Strong English writing and communication skills. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or MS Office. • Experience in SOP writing, ISO documentation, or audits is an advantage. ⸻ Key Skills • Documentation & Reporting • Process Mapping / SOP Writing • Analytical Thinking • Communication & Collaboration • Organizational Efficiency
