Objectives of this Role The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications. Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency. Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs. Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. • Conduct thorough manual testing across various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. • Identify, document, and communicate software defects, ensuring timely resolution. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium. • Implement automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage. • Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for seamless delivery. • Perform rigorous database testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability. • Validate data migrations and transformations during software upgrades. • Design and execute performance tests using JMeter to evaluate system scalability, stability, and responsiveness. • Analyze and interpret performance test results, collaborating with development teams to optimize software performance. • Conduct API testing to verify the functionality, reliability, and security of application programming interfaces. • Collaborate with developers to understand API specifications and design comprehensive test suites. • Apply AI testing methodologies to evaluate the performance, accuracy, and resilience of AI-driven components within the software. • Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to validate machine learning models and algorithms. • Create detailed and well-organized test cases based on project requirements and design documents. • Ensure test cases cover a wide range of scenarios, including AI-specific cases, to validate software functionality. • Manage the end-to-end defect life cycle, including identification, logging, tracking, and verification of software defects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner. Job Purpose: As the Technical Lead for the VAM System, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical design, integration, and support of the bank’s Virtual Account Management platform. This role is critical in enabling the bank to offer advanced cash and liquidity management capabilities to its corporate clients through scalable virtual account solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical architecture and delivery of the VAM system, ensuring integration with core banking, payment systems, corporate online banking, other bank applications, and reconciliation platforms. Lead VAM platform implementations in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth real-time and batch processing of transactions, including virtual-to-real mapping, virtual balances, and reconciliation. Integrate with bank channels (internet banking, host-to-host, API gateways) to enable client access to VAM functionalities. Implement standard messaging and payment formats (MT101, ISO 20022). Collaborate with product managers, operations, and corporate sales to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead a technical team, manage vendor development teams, and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Develop and maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and support runbooks. Ensure regulatory and internal compliance. Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Monitor post-go-live system health and lead performance tuning and issue resolution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. 8+ years of experience in banking technology, including at least 3 years leading Virtual Account Management or Cash Management platform implementations. Strong knowledge of transaction banking, cash pooling, liquidity management, reconciliation, and virtual ledger systems. Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022, MT messages, host-to-host, and bank API integration. Working knowledge of core banking systems and their interaction with corporate platforms. Technical proficiency in Java, Oracle DB, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and messaging queues (Kafka, MQ) is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Job description Execute the daily functions of arrival and departure for guests in a manner keeping with the Fairmont Service Promise and the guests. Adhere to and execute all job task checklist points. Perform registration process by obtaining data from guest and by observing the established guidelines. Review all group resumes, VIP reports, daily business reports. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag while working. Comply at all times with Accor standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations which include but are not limited to front office policies and accounting policies. Cash handling and credit processing as required, to include gift card redemption. Support the concierge or telephone operator as required. Resolve guest complaints or otherwise follow up with manager. Review room queue and work with housekeeping to expedite turnover. Reach out to guests to communicate room is ready and coordinate luggage delivery with guest services if luggage has been stored. Handle due-out and discrepancy updating in communication with the housekeeping department. Post applicable charges for late check-out requests. Perform daily "bucket check report" against guest folio ensuring that charges are accurately posted and support receipts are properly filed and attached. Ensure that one's cash report is balanced and closed at the end of the shift with remittance envelope dropped in the cash vault. Ensure the strict control of room keys. Enforce the key handling procedures ensuring maximum security. Ensure proper handling and documentation of guest's valuables being secured in hotel safe deposit box. Drive and champion all loyalty program. Drive FO up selling program. Be familiar with hotel services and promotions and promote them. Use Royal Service Manager as the main method of communication throughout the department as required for communication. Take and deliver accurate and timely guest messages. Respond to queries positively. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Passion for guest service. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure. Degree or diploma in hospitality management is an asset. Fluency in English, and at least one additional language. Minimum of 1 year previous hotel experience is an asset. Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and guest requests. Knowledge of property management system such as Opera is an asset.
