IT Support Technician required to cover client AMC's Successful applicant will need to be proficient in resolving clients day to day software, hardware & network issues covering switches, desktops, laptops, NAS, servers, printers and wifi, email systems etc who are mainly based in SME office environments. Strong troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance skills are required. Role to include monitoring client support tickets, resolving remotely and making onsite visits when required. Ability to work independently, in a team and liaising with head IT manager. Filipino national preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Starting salary 4000 AED/Visa but will rise for the successful applicant who shows commitment, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time.
