BlackStone eIT is seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and data engineers to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes. Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability. Work with data sources to create efficient data models and ETL processes. Stay updated with the latest best practices and features in Power BI. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
