Objectives of this Role The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications. Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency. Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs. Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Conduct thorough manual testing across various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. • Identify, document, and communicate software defects, ensuring timely resolution. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium. • Implement automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage. • Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for seamless delivery. • Perform rigorous database testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability. • Validate data migrations and transformations during software upgrades. • Design and execute performance tests using JMeter to evaluate system scalability, stability, and responsiveness. • Analyze and interpret performance test results, collaborating with development teams to optimize software performance. • Conduct API testing to verify the functionality, reliability, and security of application programming interfaces. • Collaborate with developers to understand API specifications and design comprehensive test suites. • Apply AI testing methodologies to evaluate the performance, accuracy, and resilience of AI-driven components within the software. • Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to validate machine learning models and algorithms. • Create detailed and well-organized test cases based on project requirements and design documents. • Ensure test cases cover a wide range of scenarios, including AI-specific cases, to validate software functionality. • Manage the end-to-end defect life cycle, including identification, logging, tracking, and verification of software defects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner. Requirements • ISTQB or other relevant certifications. • Knowledge of agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., TFS). • Experience drafting non-functional requirements especially security and Enterprise architecture standards requirements by pulling it from the Organization pool of policies and translate them into Non-functional requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in manual testing across various testing types. • Hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium and Appium. • Proficiency in database testing and SQL queries. • Experience in performance testing using JMeter or similar tools. • Strong understanding of API testing principles and practices. • Familiarity with the defect life cycle and experience in defect tracking tools. • Exposure to AI testing methodologies.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Outlook, Office365 Google Suite, and other desktop applications • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP • CCTV & PABX experience will add value • Server expertise including experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server is a plus • Experience with enterprise-level antivirus and endpoint protection software • MCSE & CCNA certification will be preferred • Knowledge of remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, or Remote Desktop Services Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues • Install and configure desktop software and peripherals • Perform maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems • Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software
