Work collaboratively across the agency, build relationships with internal teams and clients in order to deliver high quality work. Work closely with the SM Analysts and Media buyers to monitor campaigns, analyzes data obtained, grow and maintain followers and achieve the set KPIs. Arrange for the brainstorming sessions for the accounts and events with other teams and be responsible about the full detailed briefs. Attend and handle events, organize, plan, and execute projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Act as a liaison between the team and the client. Works closely with Community Managers, coordinators and executives to ensure Clients' needs and accounts strategy are met. Works closely with executives and coordinators to assign posts and tasks for them. Research for New ideas for calendars and social media accounts. Participate in the shooting of different projects. Participate in sharing trends about SM and creative work. People Management Directing and leading the account managers and executives , providing them with ongoing support, and an active interest in helping them develop their skills and experience. Supervise on their performance and the appraisal process. Ensure the team applies best practice and protocol to social media management and client relations in alignment with the strategy and the vision of the department. Ensure the team is trained in analytics, reporting, and capable of identifying social media trends and opportunities. Interview new talents with the HR team and make sure we hire the right candidates. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns, tasks and ensure brand consistency, work delivered on time and with a high quality. Requirements Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Mass communication three or more years of relevant work experience in social media marketing in agency or related role 7+ years’ of management experience. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior AutoCAD Draftsman with UAE experience in joinery to create precise technical drawings and layouts for custom luxury furniture and fit outs for high end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into detailed drawings for production and be involved in the entire production cycle, while maintaining the industry standards and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities ·        Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and layouts for custom joinery projects, including furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs, using AutoCad. ·        Interpret architectural and design blueprints to develop accurate and practical shop drawings for production. ·        Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the production team to ensure all drawings meet client specifications and project requirements. ·        Calculate dimensions and weight limitations, and advise on hardware, finishes and material requirements. ·        Conduct site measurements when necessary to ensure accuracy and alignment with designs. ·        Revise drawings based on feedback from clients or project managers. ·        Ensure that all technical drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and project timelines. ·        Maintain proper documentation and updates for all drafting work.   Requirements ·        Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. ·        2-3 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in joinery, carpentry, or a related industry is mandatory. ·        Proficiency in AutoCad is mandatory ·        Strong understanding of joinery detailing, furniture construction methods, and materials. ·        Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings. ·        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ·        Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.     Benefits Salary offered: AED 5,000 - AED 6,500, depending on skills and experience Visa and Insurance will be provided by the company.
