Educate patients and families about endocrine health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, nurses, and dietitians, to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in clinical research and stay informed of the latest developments in pediatric endocrinology. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide empathetic support and encouragement to children and their families throughout treatment. Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology. Current and valid medical license to practice. Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience, preferably in endocrinology. Strong knowledge of pediatric endocrine disorders and treatment methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and families. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Dedication to ongoing education and professional growth in the field. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
