About US: We are a leading global identity verification and compliance automation platform helping fintechs, banks, crypto firms, and enterprises onboard users, detect fraud, and meet global KYC/AML regulations. With clients in 230+ countries and a regional presence in Dubai (DIFC), we are expanding our footprint across the MENA region. Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and proactive individual based in Dubai to support our business development efforts by scheduling meetings, nurturing local relationships, and supporting regional events. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to enterprise sales and MENA’s fast-growing fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with relevant fintechs, compliance firms, exchanges, and banks in Dubai and DIFC. Build and maintain a contact list of prospects and relationship leads. Schedule in-person and virtual meetings with key decision-makers for our core BD team. Support local events and private roundtables, assisting with coordination and invite follow-ups. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: Based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa (family-sponsored, freelance, or resident visa holder). Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with DIFC, fintechs, compliance, or startup environments is a big advantage. Proactive, well-organized, and confident in scheduling and follow-ups. Fresh grads welcome; business or marketing background preferred.
