This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager and Salesman for a project located in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Duties include planning and executing sales activities, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, collaborating with other departments, and providing excellent customer service. The sales man for a project will be responsible for finding new clients, following up on leads, closing deals, and supporting the sales process throughout the project duration.

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our aluminium and glass trading division. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the industry and possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial technical consultation to commercial closure and post-sales follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Technical Consultation: Conduct technical meetings and deliver compelling presentations to engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers. Product Expertise: Understand and effectively articulate the features, benefits, and applications of our products, including: ** Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) ** Fiber Based Intrusion Detection System integrated with CCTV ** Level Instruments ** Specialized Valves for Low-Temperature applications ** Steel Fittings and Fabrication services ** Transformer Partial Discharge Sensors Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales process from lead generation through to commercial closure of submitted offers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, Power, Water, District Cooling Centers, Pipeline, and Power Distribution sectors. Offer Management: Prepare, submit, and negotiate commercial offers in collaboration with the technical and commercial teams. Payment Follow-up: Proactively follow up on payments to ensure timely collections and a healthy cash flow. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably within the UAE market. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering specifications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Power, and Water industries is a strong asset.
