Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager – Sales (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of software/Hardware solutions, IT security products, networking systems, and CCTV surveillance solutions to business clients. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals across various industries. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events. • Understand client requirements and propose suitable software, security, networking, or surveillance solutions. • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals efficiently. • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, IT, security, or networking domains. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and consultative selling approach. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
