Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. Support users with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments. Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, and remote access. Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge bases. Support meeting room technology and audiovisual equipment. Provide Support on Servers. Prepare Daily Report/Documentation. Provide on-site and remote support as required.
