This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems within guest rooms. The technician must respond to maintenance requests promptly while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other room-related systems. Respond to guest service requests and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular checks on lighting, air conditioning, appliances, and other room features to ensure optimal functionality. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and repairs completed. Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to coordinate room readiness and minimize guest inconvenience.
