Meraki Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in coordinating workflows, managing resources, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to optimize workflow and productivity. Monitor production processes and operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Support the Production Manager in resource allocation and inventory management. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Assist in training and supervising production staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Prepare reports on production performance and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in production or manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Summary: As a Packaging Development Manager at Huda Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and industrializing innovative packaging solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Packaging Development & Industrialization Lead the end-to-end development of innovative, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions aligned with the brand's aesthetic and functional requirements. Ensure the feasibility of designs by conducting technical risk assessments, tolerance stack-up analysis, and industrial validation. Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth industrialization. Work closely with the Product Development teams to ensure compatibility between bulk products and packaging. Evaluate, create and provide technical specifications, drawings, and CAD models to suppliers and oversee sample validation. Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Coordination Work directly with CMs and packaging suppliers to ensure smooth development, from concept to production. Analyze and optimize mold and tooling design to improve production efficiency and reduce defects. Partner with suppliers to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during development or production. Innovation & Sustainability Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies in packaging development to propose innovative solutions. Lead initiatives for sustainable packaging, evaluating eco-friendly materials and recyclability strategies. Support R&D efforts to integrate new materials and manufacturing processes that enhance product performance.
