We are looking for a trustworthy and organized Storekeeper to manage our warehouse/store operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly. Issue materials/products as per company requirements. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with records. Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth industrialization. Evaluate, create and provide technical specifications, drawings, and CAD models to suppliers and oversee sample validation. Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Coordination Work directly with CMs and packaging suppliers to ensure smooth development, from concept to production. Analyze and optimize mold and tooling design to improve production efficiency and reduce defects. Partner with suppliers to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during development or production. Innovation & Sustainability Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies in packaging development to propose innovative solutions. Lead initiatives for sustainable packaging, evaluating eco-friendly materials and recyclability strategies. Support R&D efforts to integrate new materials and manufacturing processes that enhance product performance. Quality & Compliance Collaborate with Quality teams to define and implement robust testing protocols for new packaging components. Ensure packaging meets all relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety guidelines. Participate in line trials and first production runs at contract manufacturers to validate packaging performance. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement Conduct value analysis and propose cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and design integrity. Support the purchasing team in evaluating supplier capabilities and cost efficiency. Identify process improvements to enhance packaging development speed and reliability. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in packaging development within the cosmetics or beauty industry, with a strong technical foundation in packaging materials, manufacturing processes, injection molding, and decoration techniques. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers is essential. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, KeyShot) and 3D prototyping is highly advantageous. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers to develop and industrialize packaging solutions. Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting packaging issues. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cosmetic packaging is required. Proven leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide a team while driving strategic packaging initiatives.
