Müller's Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to steer our Manpower Outsourcing team towards achieving exceptional results. In this influential role, you will shape and execute sales strategies aimed at attracting new clients while nurturing existing relationships to foster long-term success. Your deep understanding of manpower solutions will equip you to engage clients effectively, demonstrating how our services can meet their unique workforce needs. As a Sales Manager, you'll lead a passionate team of sales professionals, driving them towards performance excellence, setting sales targets, and ensuring that we consistently meet the needs of our clients in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement innovative sales strategies for our Manpower Outsourcing services portfolio. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry research. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to meet client requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics. Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 5 years of sales management experience, specifically in manpower outsourcing or related industries. Demonstrable success in achieving and surpassing sales targets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and leveraging CRM tools for sales tracking. Strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strategic mindset. Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry functions.
