Apt Resources is currently looking for a Presentable Tagalog Speaking Female Telephone Operator to join their client's team. As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will assist callers by providing accurate information, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Greet callers in a friendly and professional manner Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services and policies Take messages and relay them to the intended recipients Assist with making outgoing calls as needed Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues Ensure strict adherence to company telephone etiquette and standards Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Prior experience as a telephone operator or in a customer service role Professional and presentable appearance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of telephone systems and equipment Strong customer service skills Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Benefits TBD
