Immediate Joiner Only Job Position: Logistics Operation – Air & Sea Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday Salary: Subject to your fast understanding and execution of work – 4000 AED to 5000 AED DO NOT APPLY IF EXPECTING MORE THAN THIS SALARY Priority Job Role: 1. Dubai Trade – Full awareness (Import + Export + Transit BOE), along with D/O and DP payment, etc. 2. Import and Export document preparation (Invoice + Packing List + HS Code Summary – fast Excel and Word typing skills) 3. Calogi portal for airline AWB and ADM booking – fully experienced 4. Ability to negotiate with airline and shipping line by email and calls 5. Shipping line portal experience for sea booking (Hapag, CMA, MSC) 6. Admin work (salary transfer, bank transfers, bill payments, online renewals of trade license and RTA) 7. Documentation filing and organizing work on company server and physical files 8. Ability to do the job instantly without constant follow-up from manager and instruction 9. Willing to work and put full effort to grow and take managing position in future 10. Fast learner + fast Excel and computer skills are the main skills (additional benefit if you have an accounting background) 11.
