We are seeking an experienced Investment Advisor for our client, a prominent Asset Management Firm in Dubai. The incumbent will support the CIO and Relationship Managers (RMs) in constructing client investment portfolios aligned with each client’s risk profile, leveraging available products and asset allocation models. Key Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for portfolio proposals, asset allocation/construction, periodic reviews, and rebalancing. Perform ongoing monitoring of existing portfolios and investments, ensuring portfolios are aligned with high-level strategy, objectives, and goals. Assist Relationship Managers in attracting new assets under management and understanding new investment products. Coordinate execution of trades with custodian banks, brokers, fund houses, and partners. Keep track of developments in the global macro environment, financial markets, and emerging trends to provide high-quality advice. Support the CIO with investment research, focused lists, and market updates. Ensure all advisory and discretionary trades are executed in line with internal investment policy guidelines. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. Education and Experience Requirements: CFA Charterholder and Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management. Strong understanding of global markets and in-depth knowledge of various asset classes/products (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Structured Products, FX & Commodities), investment management strategies, portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing techniques. Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management in an investment advisory function. Excellent knowledge of and experience with Bloomberg. Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation skills and Excel analytical functions. Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with a solid foundation in investment management strategies, portfolio construction, and rebalancing techniques. Exceptional analytical and research abilities, able to stay current with market trends and global economic shifts. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple portfolios and ensure compliance.
