Ford Feista 2009 with a problem in gear

Second owner no crashes I've had while I was the owner the first owner had a minor accident. Problem with the gear while reversing it needs high revs to start backing up. Radio doesn't work anymore Other than that it is in good condition. No negotiations needs to be sold fast
