In an era of diversity, conflicts can be a source of strength when managed consciously, enhancing creativity, learning, and building bridges of understanding. While "conflict" may sometimes seem like a challenge or a threat, it carries immense value and benefits (and may become more challenging due to social and technological changes). Join us to explore: • What does "conflict" mean and why is it important? • What turns a disagreement into a conflict? And how can we transform it into an opportunity for learning and growth? • What are the risks of ignoring conflicts, and how can we mitigate these risks? ☕ Emotional Intelligence Cafés are interactive, informal workshops created by Six Seconds, a global organization supporting a more emotionally intelligent world. We are volunteer leaders in the network, supporting the spread of emotional intelligence, with a particular focus on applying these skills to real life, in open café environments welcoming to everyone.
