We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day operations. This role is key in ensuring the smooth execution of all operational aspects, from scheduling and logistics to crowd management. Requirements Coordinate transportation and logistics for event staff and participants Ensure seamless execution of race day schedules and event timelines Work with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage event flow Manage event setup and breakdown operations Provide on-site support to troubleshoot logistics issues and ensure safety protocols are followed Assist with crowd management, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in event planning, operations, or logistics Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
