The Role We are looking for a Supervisor / Team Manager to lead our development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the daily go-to person for the team, ensuring smooth operations, guiding priorities, and testing the software to guarantee quality. You will work closely with our management team to understand and embrace our vision, then translate it into action. You’ll be proactive in bringing new ideas to the table, understanding customer needs, and driving product improvements that enhance the User Experience (UX). Key Responsibilities * Provide daily guidance, support, and leadership to the development team. * Oversee software testing to ensure reliability and a great user experience. * Translate the company’s vision into actionable team goals and priorities. * Proactively contribute ideas for product improvements and new features. * Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * Serve as a bridge between product vision, technical execution, and customer needs. Requirements * Proven experience in managing and supervising software teams. * Knowledge of Flutter and/or PHP (Laravel) is a strong advantage. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Solid understanding of user experience and attention to detail when testing software. * Hands-on and proactive mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
