We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting customers with system issues, assisting in integration tasks, and delivering excellent technical service both remotely and in person. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, customer service, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support to customers via phone, email, or face-to-face Assist in the integration of systems and software with client environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues Support system implementation and ensure smooth onboarding Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions Document support activities and maintain logs for issue resolution Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution Requirements: 2–3 years of IT support or technical customer service experience Knowledge of system integrations is required Knowledge of e-Invoicing solutions is a strong advantage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good understanding of system solutions and IT infrastructure basics Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to adapt in a dynamic startup environment Ability to deal with clients professionally both online and in person What We Offer: Full training on our in-house systems and solutions Exposure to modern digital tools and e-Invoicing platforms A flexible and supportive working environment Opportunities for growth and development within the company
