We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive for our multi-skilled Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible, with the help of the Team Lead, for creating, shaping and optimizing our digital campaigns while also working with multiple internal teams including marketing, design and development to create and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. In this role, you will: Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using various online marketing channels Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences and campaigns Requirements Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable university In-depth practical knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic media buying channels Deep understanding of web analytics Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is preferred Strong technical and data analysis skills Strong command in MS Excel and PowerPoint Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy Excellent written and communication skills Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges Benefits A fast paced, high performing team. Key Responsibilities – Paid Advertising Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping). Manage Bing Ads campaigns. Run Paid Social Media Ads: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Ads LinkedIn Ads Snapchat Ads Twitter/X Ads Pinterest Ads YouTube Ads Launch and optimize retargeting campaigns, programmatic ads, and native advertising (Taboola, Outbrain). Taboola = a native advertising platform that places “recommended content” at the bottom of online articles, driving traffic and leads in a content-style format. Monitor ad budgets, optimize performance, and maximize ROI. Create reports on KPIs, conversions, and campaign success. Requirements (Emphasis on Paid Ads) Proven track record in Paid Media campaigns: Google Ads + multiple Social Media Ads platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Strong skills in ad optimization, targeting, audience segmentation, and ROI management. Hands-on experience with analytics & tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads Manager, etc.). Ability to manage medium-to-large advertising budgets effectively across platforms. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical, local SEO) is a strong plus. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing & paid advertising trends. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
