Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the sales process, lead generation, relationship management, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to present our digital marketing and SEO services in a compelling and results-driven manner. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling. Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities. Identify, qualify, and engage potential leads; manage the full sales cycle to close deals across all service categories. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SEO and digital marketing services to effectively communicate value propositions. Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, sharing insights and best practices to achieve team objectives. Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates on pipeline progress, client interactions, and sales performance. Stay informed about emerging trends in digital marketing and industry developments to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related industries. Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and managing the sales pipeline. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools. Ability to balance persuasive selling techniques with professionalism and integrity. Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Demonstrable record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and report effectively to a Sales Manager.
