Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and enhancing SAP Plant Maintenance solutions to improve asset management, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency for our clients. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience on SAP plant maintenance covering Plant maintenance, inspection management , Safety requirements  and other related processes. Candidate should have experience of handling WRICEF requirements and FSDs preparation. Strong understanding of maintenance processes and methodologies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP PM solutions. Experience in Real estate or similar industry is a must . Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, PM, and SD. Candidate should be able to lead design of processes, discuss business process improvements based on new releases of SAP S/4 HANA and best practices. Candidate should have exposure to processes in Project systems, EHS , integration with Material management , costing, integration with Finance. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Candidate should have experience of doing / recommending configuration , master data migration, defining cutover strategies in his area . Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders. Ability to deliver training and support to end-users on SAP PM functionalities. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
