We're Hiring: Data Analyst (Market Research Focus – Hybrid Work) Location: Dubai (Hybrid – Work from home & office) Job Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights? Do you love diving into Excel and making sense of numbers, trends, and consumer behavior? We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support our work with market research data collected from the fieldworkers in the market. This role is key to helping us interpret data, spot meaningful trends, and support business decisions — and advanced strong Excel skills are absolutely essential. What You’ll Do: • Analyze large datasets from market research studies (quantitative consumer surveys) • Clean, validate, and structure data for reporting and insight generation • Build advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas for regular reporting • Generate visual summaries, trend analyses, and actionable recommendations • Collaborate with research and strategy teams to understand data needs • Assist in quality checks and data integrity throughout the reporting process. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in market research, FMCG, or agency environments) • Advanced Excel skills are a must – pivot tables, nested formulas, data visualization, error tracing, VBA is a plus • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup (home and office) • Experience with SPSS, Power BI, or other analysis tools is a plus.
