Details of Duties & requirements are mentioned below:- Maintaining files and dealing with other admin support tasks, Keeping an inventory of existing & ordering new ones as required, Maintain office paper work and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times Update client records and ensure are up to date Preparing Quotations, Invoices, Account Statements for Clients. Followup to Suppliers & Customers on Daily Basis. Requirements:- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation Ability to work independently Excellent time management skills Self-organization Customer service Paying attention to detail Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
