Key Responsibilities Set up and manage advanced automations, chatbots, and AI agents on the SaaS platform. Build WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation workflows. Integrate third-party services using APIs and webhooks. Implement AI-powered lead handling, conversational bots, and intelligent routing systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver customized solutions for clients. Requirements Strong experience with automation tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar). Proven ability to build AI chatbots and agents. Experience integrating WhatsApp Business APIs, CRM platforms, and payment gateways. Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and advanced SaaS integrations.
