The primary responsibilities include timely delivery of audit reports, collection of cheques, and transportation of employees to client locations or meetings. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport audit reports and confidential documents to clients across Dubai and nearby emirates. Collect cheques and other payments from client offices as instructed. Provide transportation support for employees for official meetings and client visits. Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and trips. Adhere strictly to UAE traffic rules and company policies. Assist with minor office errands or logistics tasks when required. Requirements: Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle). Proven experience as a company driver in Dubai or UAE preferred. Familiar with Dubai roads and traffic regulations. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Polite, punctual, and presentable. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an advantage. Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents responsibly.

Our culture is all about speed and care.  Role Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve operational issues or concerns. Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure that the Delivery Assistants strictly follow the clients' SOPs to prevent any escalations from arising. Collaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient, professional, and hassle-free service. Monitor daily fleet operations and team performance; prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations Manager. Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team, identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve the customer experience. Review and analyze logistics data (e.g., exception reports, delivery volume/hour, accident reports) to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities. Contribute to the development of operational strategies to meet key performance goals and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce space. Support both on-road and in-house operations with additional tasks as needed. Requirements Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 1 years of fleet management or supervisory experience, required. Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred. Your Proficiencies Team management and leadership skills including coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge in strategic planning Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours
