Commercial responsibility for the Supply Chain services offerings for the country. Management of the sales force (Business Development and Account Management) within the country. Defining and delivering the country sales strategy and driving through the necessary changes to help grow sustainable business. Country responsible for developing country sales guidelines and improving sales standards, the sales effectiveness, Major Projects and C4L agenda. Accountability for new business growth and renewals. Develop and leverage constructive relationships with key customer stakeholders of most important accounts within area of responsibility. Support of local sales force in customer interaction to drive Supply Chain's growth agenda. Collect feedback from customers in order to improve processes and overall sales performance Lead and deliver large transformational deals. Cooperation with other leaders of other functions involved in sales process (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, etc.) to continuously improve the sales process, production of deliverables (e.g. solutions, proposals, etc.) and to ensure required resources are available. Break down global/ regional strategy to develop local/cluster sales strategy and set the guidelines to sustainable grow business. Identify promising sales areas and upcoming industry trends and direct sales force towards target accounts and (sub-) sectors. Support development of regional sales strategy and product development. Budgeting and resource planning for local sales force in alignment with the Space2Lead Methodology. Ensure sales effectiveness. Participate in customer satisfaction and value assessment meetings with key customers Coordinate actions in case of major operational issues with large accounts. Ensure management of the renewal agenda through the account management. You won’t find another "Business Development Manager" position like the one you’ll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here’s what we need from you: Min 10-15 years of experience in logistics and very good knowledge of DSC competitors Experience in other division (e.g. GCS, DGF, etc.) beneficial Strong supply chain knowledge and understanding, commercially aware. Board level engagement and credibility - Must understand end to end supply chain, and the challenges of successfully driving change within complex organizations. Sales experience and in addition at least one of Operations or Solutions Design. Senior supply chain roles as a provider or a contractor, multi sector. Ability to develop and articulate strategic plans. Effective internal and external communication and ability to navigate in a matrix organization Business development in a multinational environment. Fluent in written and spoken English. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. University degree or equivalent. What do we offer? Job Purpose Under the general supervision of the Vehicle Technician and Technical Supervisor is responsible for driving of customer vehicles, within the premises and parking them safely, only within the site (in accordance with the laid down procedures) and sometimes conduct basis vehicle tests, as directed by the Vehicle Technician. Principal Accountabilities Carries out vehicle driving and assists the vehicle technician in basic tests. Parks the vehicle in the designated parking lot after testing is completed. Maintains test lanes and testing equipment on a regular basis, as decided by the supervisor. Additional Principal Accountabilities Experience Good general education ( High School Level) Valid UAE driving license. – Light or Heavy Technical background is an advantage Good communication skills Basic computer skills

If You want to leave before One Month Because Of Any reason company have Right to Deduct your Salary As well penalty . Fuel,Sim Card: For the Fuel Sim card and it's data package you have to pay by yourself. Petty Cash: You should have 1000-1500 AED petty cash in your pocket while starting the job. Salary will be given between 12-15 of each month. Like if you leave in any date of the month you will get the salary of that next month in both case if we dismiss or you want to leave. Attendance: You should be available 24 days in a month otherwise you will be dismissed. Language: English is mandatory. Documents Required: Valid Passport, Valid Visa, Valid Emirates ID and Valid Driving License.
