Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
