Description

Candidate should have Sharjah Municipality G+1 License and Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings. Assess and quantify materials, labor, and time requirements accurately. Proficient in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Knowledge of local construction/material pricing and market trends. Software proficiency in AutoCad and MS Excel.
