Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Dubai , for the position Real estate sales manager. Responsibilities: Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth  Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities  Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement  Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth Coordinating with other members of the team. Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 Years Relevant experience in UAE Knowledge of local market Benefits To Be Discussed (Salary + Incentives)
